Topic of sampling:
Our management has decided to carry out trial trips only after an oral purchase decision in the future. In the last few months, unfortunately, we have had mainly negative experiences with it. Example 1: The customer wants to finance the vehicle, but does not have sufficient credit rating and does not receive any commitment from the bank – yet it is on a test drive. This is for us lost time and unnecessary costs. Example 2: The customer plans to buy the vehicle only in the middle of next year, but wants to carry out a test drive at our costs. But we are not a test drive company. Example 3: After sampling, the customer suddenly no longer likes the color of the vehicle. The customer has already seen and selected the color online as well as on site. These are just some of the many experiences we had in the past. For this reason, we will discuss all the details in advance of the trial and ensure that there is a serious purchasing interest. If we don't have the impression that a purchase is coming, we'll see from a trial trip. If the customer is still on a test drive, we charge a fee. For vehicles up to 180 hp, this fee is 30,- Euro, for vehicles over 180 hp 50,- Euro, each including a journey of 30 km. The fee covers the cost of fuel, vehicle laundry (inside and outside) after the ride and the insurance cover of the red license plates. We ask for your understanding.

Thema Probefahrt:
Unsere Geschäftsleitung hat beschlossen, Probefahrten künftig nur noch nach einer mündlichen Kaufentscheidung durchzuführen. In den letzten Monaten haben wir leider überwiegend negative Erfahrungen damit gemacht. Beispiel 1: Der Kunde möchte das Fahrzeug finanzieren, hat jedoch keine ausreichende Bonität und erhält von der Bank keine Zusage – dennoch besteht er auf einer Probefahrt. Dies ist für uns verlorene Zeit und unnötige Kosten. Beispiel 2: Der Kunde plant, das Fahrzeug erst Mitte nächsten Jahres zu kaufen, möchte jedoch bereits jetzt auf unsere Kosten eine Probefahrt durchführen. Wir sind jedoch keine Probefahrt-Firma. Beispiel 3: Nach der Probefahrt gefällt dem Kunden plötzlich die Farbe des Fahrzeugs nicht mehr. Dabei hat der Kunde die Farbe sowohl online als auch vor Ort bereits gesehen und ausgesucht. Dies sind nur einige der zahlreichen Erlebnisse, die wir in der Vergangenheit hatten. Aus diesem Grund besprechen wir alle Details im Vorfeld der Probefahrt und stellen sicher, dass ein ernsthaftes Kaufinteresse besteht. Wenn wir nicht den Eindruck haben, dass ein Kauf bevorsteht, sehen wir von einer Probefahrt ab. Sollte der Kunde dennoch auf einer Probefahrt bestehen, berechnen wir dafür eine Gebühr. Für Fahrzeuge bis 180 PS beträgt diese Gebühr 30,- Euro, für Fahrzeuge über 180 PS 50,- Euro, jeweils inklusive einer Fahrstrecke von 30 km. Die Gebühr deckt die Kosten für Sprit, Fahrzeugwäsche (innen und außen) nach der Fahrt sowie den Versicherungsschutz der roten Kennzeichen. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.
